Laura uses a very tedious process that combines colorful acrylic paints, 3-D glue and press-on copper foil to a piece of matting board which has been cut out with an exacto knife. These techniques blended together create her own unique interpretation of a primitive art form.
Laura was born in Bremerton, Wa. and currently resides in Olalla, WA. with her husband, Gary. Trips to New Mexico and Australia a few years ago and the anticipation of being an empty nester, inspired her to try something completely new in her life. The results bring the colorful and respective
